A much-discussed moment from the drama is making the rounds on social media due to its striking similarities to a scene from the Bollywood film Tere Naam. Salaar spotted Wadeema for the first time on the road and fell in love with her, pursuing her and expressing his feelings for her. Not only that, but he strangely responded to Wadeema’s speech in the university auditorium, making her feel uncomfortable. This was also challenged by Yasir Hussain, who posted the scene with the remark, “What’s going on man? Who directs the drama serial?” Watch the video:
Fans are outraged by Danish Taimoor’s drama serial, which is being openly copied by Bollywood and features the same toxic narrative. A social media user asked, “Why didn’t Danish Taimoor read the script before signing it?” A social media user stated that she recognized Tere Naam sequences from the first episode of Teri Chhaon Mein. A supporter posted, “Danish Taimoor should be ashamed while signing such scripts”.
