Ayeza Khan married Danish actor Taimoor in 2014, following an 8-year relationship that began in 2006 and was shown on A-Plus’s morning show Ek Nayee Subha with Farah. Taimoor stated to Maria Wasti on Croron Mein Khel-Bol TV on March 25, 2020, that he met Ayeza Khan for the first time through a social networking site. She gave birth to two children: a daughter in 2015 and a son in 2017.

While still in school, Ayeza Khan entered the “Pantene Shine Princess” contest and finished first runner-up. Soon after, she was offered a position as a model in telecom advertising. Then she began to focus on modeling. While in college, she began accepting more modeling opportunities and eventually switched to show business rather than complete her education.
She was offered a supporting role in the 2009 comedy-drama Tum Jo Miley, alongside Fahad Mustafa, Sunita Marshal, and others. In 2010, she was offered the lead role in the drama serial ‘Pul Sirat’. After playing supporting roles in various television programs, she took the lead in the Geo TV love drama Tootay Huway Per (2011).
